Instructions For RC Simulator Joystick Re-Configuration Program

If after following the instructions shown you find that some of your controls still do not respond please e-mail techsupport@ripmax.com with your details

  1. After downloading the 'RC Simulator Joystick Configuration.zip' file, extract all of the contained files to the same location on your hard drive.

  2. Run the RC Simulator Joystick Configuration program and you will see your current controls displayed in the text boxes.
(Note: The first time you run the program it may take a few moments to load while it searches for your 'Mappings.inp' file)

  3. Click on the 'Detect' button corresponding to the function that you wish to assign a control to.

  4. Move the control you wish to assign to that function in the movement that you would use to fly in your simulator.
Eg: For throttle on a mode 2 controller move your left stick in an up and down motion or your right stick for mode 1.

  5. A message will be displayed showing that a control has been assigned to a function.

  6. Save your configuration and exit RC Simulator Joystick Configuration.

You can test your setup by moving the stick or pressing the buttons on your controller to see which function slider or button number is activated
